A Conta Blender is used to blend dry granules and powders in the pharmaceutical industry. The Conta Blender is a better solution than the conventional Octagonal, Double Cone, and V Blenders. It reduces the charging and discharge timing and dust generation in the process area. And after blending, it is directly loaded into the hopper of the next stage of equipment.
IBC (Square Bin) is inserted into the arms or forks and locked securely. After secure locking, Conta Blender lifts the bin and then rotates the bin in its axis on the fork at the desired rpm and time. After completion of the process, the container stops at a position where it can be safely lowered. |
